The magical Blue Matcha Latte!

This gorgeous latte isn’t just pretty — it’s PACKED with benefits! ✨
Blue matcha (aka butterfly pea flower) is a natural superfood that:

Ingredients 

🔹1 teaspoon blue matcha

🔹3 tablespoons warm to hot water

🔹cup of milk (I use raw milk) 

🔹1 teaspoon sweetener (I use honey

If you don't have an expresso machine 

🔹Add your blue matcha in a mug 

🔹Add warm to hot water over the matcha and whisk until it's all a blue liquid

🔹Heat up milk in a pot to a simmer

🔹 Add in your sweetener (I use a teaspoon of honey) 

🔹Froth milk until it has doubled in size

🔹Pour into mug 

🔹 Sometimes I give it a stir to make sure honey mixed. You can sprinkle a little matcha powder on top to make it look pretty or even some cinnamon.

If you do have an expresso machine 

🔹Add blue matcha in a mug 

🔹Add warm to hot water over the matcha and whisk until it's all a blue liquid

🔹 Add your sweetener to the metal frothing cup (I use a teaspoon of honey) 

🔹Froth milk until it has doubled in size

🔹Pour into mug 

🔹 Sometimes I give it a stir to make sure honey mixed. You can sprinkle a little matcha powder on top to make it look pretty or even some cinnamon.
